About Naturalibre

Naturalibre was founded in 2017, when we first established direct contact with kratom farmers on Borneo. Since then, we have visited the region several times, met different producers and observed their working methods, quality and reliability.

Based on that experience, we continue to work with a small number of selected farmers whose consistent processing and dependable cooperation have met our long-term requirements. These relationships form the basis of our range and quality approach.

How we present the range

Naturalibre organises products by commercial line and pack size. Each product page is intended to show the current name, available quantities, price, stock and use notice before an item is added to the cart. We avoid presenting product-line names as promises about effects or suitability for a particular purpose.

Accepted orders are prepared in Germany for the EU delivery addresses enabled in checkout. Shipping methods, delivery charges and payment availability can depend on the address, cart and customer account, so the live checkout is the final source for the options offered with a specific order.

Kratom products in the catalogue are not intended for human or animal consumption. Rules can differ between destinations and change over time; customers must check the law that applies at the delivery address before ordering. Our English interface explains the shop flow, while the published German legal texts remain the contractual source.
