How do I receive the 10% bank-transfer discount?
Select bank transfer at checkout. Naturalibre automatically deducts 10% from the eligible goods and shipping value and shows the final transfer price before you place the order. No coupon code is required.
Where can I see my bank-transfer price?
The possible transfer price is shown on products and in the basket. After you select bank transfer at checkout, the final order total and exact saving are displayed.
Can I combine the bank-transfer discount with a coupon?
No. The benefits are not added together. An existing coupon is credited towards the offer; if it is higher than the 10% bank-transfer benefit, the higher coupon remains in place.
When is a bank-transfer order dispatched?
Dispatch begins after receipt of funds has been confirmed. Please use the order number as the payment reference so the transfer can be assigned reliably.
