You can place an order on invoice when the customer-account and order requirements are met. Checkout checks eligibility automatically and displays this method only for a qualifying order value and delivery address.

Requirements for purchase on invoice

Customer account

Purchase on invoice is available only to signed-in customers. Sign in or create an account under My Account before checkout.

Personal order limit

The new-customer limit is €20. After a qualifying paid order, the limit is at least €60. With higher eligible paid turnover, it may rise to 10% of that turnover, capped at €160.

Matching addresses

The billing and delivery addresses must match. Checkout does not offer invoice payment when they differ.

No DHL collection point

Invoice payment is unavailable for delivery to a Packstation or post office. Use a standard delivery address or another payment method.

How to order on invoice

  1. Choose the products and quantities in the English shop.
  2. Sign in and check the billing and delivery addresses.
  3. Select “Purchase on invoice” if checkout offers it for the order.
  4. Pay the invoice within the stated 14-day term.
