What is kratom?
Kratom is the common name for Mitragyna speciosa, a tropical tree in the Rubiaceae family native to parts of Southeast Asia. Commercial material is commonly made from dried, finely milled leaves. Read the botanical overview.
Is kratom legal in Germany or at my delivery address?
No general assurance can be given because legal classifications can change and differ by country. Naturalibre offers kratom only as a product not intended for human or animal consumption. Check the current law applicable at the delivery address before ordering.
How do I place an order?
Choose a product and pack size in the English shop, add it to the cart, then enter the delivery address and select one of the shipping and payment options shown in checkout. An order confirmation is sent after submission.
Where does Naturalibre deliver?
The shop is configured for addresses in the 27 EU member states. It does not promise delivery to European countries outside the EU, including Norway. Availability is confirmed when the address is entered in checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Within Germany, transit is commonly around one to two business days after dispatch. Other EU destinations take longer and vary by country and carrier. See the shipping information and order tracking.
Which payment methods are available?
Depending on the order and address, checkout may offer invoice, bank transfer, cash on delivery, CoinPayments or another configured method. The complete current overview is on the payment-methods page; only checkout options available for the order can be selected.
